Before having the coaching experience with Cheryl, I was stuck with my weight and I thought there were no other options than boring diets, which I was no longer willing to do.
Cheryl then taught me lots of fun ways to lose weight that fit my lifestyle and are also sustainable in the long run.

The three most significant results I have experienced with Cheryl are:

 

  1. Take my time to eat and enjoy my food during mealtime.
  2. Incorporate more exercises into my weekly routine, I even managed to enter a fit challenge and reach second place!
  3. I acquired new and better eating habits to be healthy without the need for rigorous and boring diets.

What I love most about Cheryl is the way she guides me, the structure of her sessions and the follow-up she gives to my actions to make sure that I continue to walk on the path that leads me towards my goals.

How do I begin to explain how much Cheryl, a health and life coach, has helped me? She offered a program to help transform me and show me how to love myself. I have learned many lessons over the twelve weeks. I struggled with depression, weight, and eating habits before my sessions.

Some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned:

Food: How to slow down and eat clean. How to make clean food and increase my energy as a result.

Exercise: I joined the YMCA, I wanted to try aqua Zumba. I was so scared to put a swimsuit on and try this. She taught me visualization techniques. I stepped out of the box and did it. I have fallen in love with Zumba! It is just the exercise that I need, combined with nature and walking to achieve results!

Joy: My happiness and joy has increased. I am starting to put myself first. Cheryl has helped me to attain goals.

Weight: One of my goals is to lose weight and feel better in my clothes. I have lost 17 lbs. and Cheryl was a big help with this. She has provided me with recipes and many ideas to help me meet my goals.

What I loved most about Cheryl’s coaching is that she is the kindest, sweetest, most encouraging person. I feel like I have made a new lifetime friend. I never felt uncomfortable, and she was able to help me dig deep and figure out what is going on in my brain so I could achieve results. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone!

Before I started coaching with Cheryl, I was struggling with grief, anger, sadness, anxiety and depression. Due to several autoimmune diseases, I had got to the point where I was no longer able to work at a job that I loved. I was questioning my faith and felt like my life no longer had purpose. I no longer recognized the person who was looking back at me in the mirror.

Coaching with Cheryl has been life changing! For the first time in a really long time, I am ok with exactly who I am and where I am at in my life. Through her program and her amazing insight, I have learned how to give myself grace. She has helped me to find my faith again. When I look in the mirror now, I don't focus on all the imperfections anymore. I am able to see all the wonderful qualities that make me uniquely me!

I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl! She is so genuine and you can tell that she honestly cares about helping you. I love that after every session with her, she always sends a recap of what was discussed and goals that were set. If we talk about nutritious snacks, she includes a list for you. If we talk about meditation, she sends a list of links to helpful meditations. What makes her coaching different, is that she doesn't try to make you fit into her program. She gives you the tools and the foundation for transformation, but she always caters it to you and what works for you. Cheryl is amazing! I am so grateful for her!

Before coaching with Cheryl, I struggled with feeling like I had the weight of an elephant on my chest each morning when I woke up. Stress, worry and anxiety were draining the joy and excitement out of life and were preventing me from being consistent with my desire to live a healthy lifestyle.

 

Then Cheryl taught me that through shifts in perspective, redirecting my self-talk and my focus I could genuinely spring out of bed without a sense of dread each day.

    I’ve learned that I am strong, capable, enough, resilient and I have found my voice again which allows me speak up for myself in a more significant way.
  • I’ve also learned that movement is fun, enjoyable and doesn’t have to be hard or take up a lot of time to be effective.
  • When I relax myself with deep breathing, meditations or sleep stories I am able to fall into a deeper more restorative quality sleep which has a positive impact on my energy, and the overall quality of my relationships and my life.

 

What I loved most about coaching with Cheryl is that she offers a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space where I can honestly open up and discuss anything that has been holding me back from living my best life.
